When we grow older our PH level get more acidic. The more acidic our blood is, the more diseases are attracted.
Alkaline blood can be achievable if you drink alkaline water and food. If we eat vegetables and fruits our blood will become more alkaline then acid. The toxins in our body are removed by sweating or by urinating. Keeping up a high blood PH keeps the oxygen levels high in our arteries and keep the cells from ageing. We must contain a PH level of 7.4. to keep having a high alkaline blood PH minimum 80% of all our foods must be alkaline foods and maximum 20% of acidic foods.
